Y'all might now that I am on Facebook.com now and while there, I found a great group called Southern Plate. It is run by the cook, Christy, and she has some mighty yummy recipes to share with y'all.
I am planning on trying her chocolate creamcheese cake (not red velvet) on my northern in-laws and see if they can appreciate good southern cooking.
