First of all, I'd like to introduce y'all to my new renter, Josh, and his blog, Blue Sun. Josh is a painter and has some gorgeous, thought-provoking paintings on his blog for you to admire.
My favorite on is "The Past is the Solution to the Future". Beautiful colors! Those shapes you see is actually a language that Josh has created for his art. It is called the "Language of Light" and I think it looks very interesting. I wonder what this one says?
Welcome Josh!
Now I have to bitch a bit. Seems there is a bullying problem at my kid's school. Fifth graders against the third graders. I have been informed by another mother that my son was tackled and hit in the face at recess and her son has a bruise and shoe mark on his arm. We are headed to the school office on Monday for a wee little chat with the principal as I can't abide bullying.
Hope y'all have a good weekend and I promise to have a new feature up for you soon since I didn't post one today. Take care!

"I believe that no matter what you do, no matter how hard you try, you can not baptize cats." - Larry the Cable Guy
A Tennessee man and an Alabama man were both fighting in a war and were captured by the enemy.
"Before we put you to death," said the enemy, "do you have any last requests?"
"Yes," said the Alabaman. "Could you play 'Yeah, Alabama' before you shoot me?"
"Sure," said the enemy. "How about you, Tennessean?"
"Could you shoot me before you play 'Yeah, Alabama?'"
