Hey y'all! Today is the last day my parents are going to be here so we are trying to cram months of visiting into one more day. Hard to do. But, the kids love having Granny and Paw Paw here and have been behaving themselves pretty well this whole week. Now let's see how long that lasts after tomorrow.
It is going to be a scorcher today...mid 90's. I heard this morning that Alabama has been getting some healing rains. They really needed it. Hopefully this means that the drought is over.
I ordered my first two sample wine sets last night for my first two wine tastings. Hopefully, they'll come before then. I'd hate to push back my bookings. I've been learning a lot about this business, but there is a lot more to learn.
Anyway, hope y'all have a great weekend. Stay cool and y'all come back and sit a spell.

"I believe that no matter what you do, no matter how hard you try, you can not baptize cats." - Larry the Cable Guy
A Tennessee man and an Alabama man were both fighting in a war and were captured by the enemy.
"Before we put you to death," said the enemy, "do you have any last requests?"
"Yes," said the Alabaman. "Could you play 'Yeah, Alabama' before you shoot me?"
"Sure," said the enemy. "How about you, Tennessean?"
"Could you shoot me before you play 'Yeah, Alabama?'"
