I will.
If you are wondering what the heck I'm talking about...I went to my first at-home wine tasting today. I wasn't invited by the hostess, but by the consultant. It was a little akward, but everyone was very nice and I got to see first-hand how The Traveling Vineyard works.
It's basically like any other home show (Avon, Party Lite, Longenberger, etc...) except the guests get to taste wines from different countries that they might not otherwise get to taste. Plus, you can learn a lot about wine if you are a dunce like me. I didn't know why wine was stored on its side. I just knew everybody did it. Duh!
Anyway, I have one more tasting to go to this week as informal training and then I'll sign up as soon as the yard sale is done. Hopefully, I'll make a little extra and pay off some of these credit cards. Credit cards are evil.
I have one tasting booked for next month and three more who are getting back to me with a final date. So, I am off to a good start.
I tell you what though...I am still a bit fuzzy from all the wine I tasted today. I'm a lightweight and that's for sure.
