Finally! The trip to Tennessee was long. I got about two hours of sleep last night and barely napped on the road. I'm pooped.
The RV we rented at Smoky Bear campground is nice. The kids have bunk beds and there is much more room than the one we rented last year.
It is very hot outside, but the nights promise to be cooler. I can't wait to get to Cades Cove and see some wildlife.
Right now, we are heading for the pool and then later into Gatlinburg for dinner.
I'll post some pictures later.

UPDATE:
Well, we ended up eating at Bubba Gump's Shrimp Co. in Gatlinburg. The kids and I had eaten at one in Charleston last summer, but the hubby had never been to one, so we ate there.
Gatlinburg was so crowded!!! Probably because it is a weekend night. I have been to Gatlinbug so many times in my life, but it is still new for the hubby and kids. They love it here. And I do too, to tell the truth.
We are planning on attending church tomorrow, but to be honest, we might not make it. Lack of sleep has made us very tired and we may sleep in.
Just for the sheer novelty of it, I plan on recording our trip here on the blog. For those of y'all who don't care for such stuff, please keep checking back as I will have more writing and poetry soon.
Night y'all!
