Hey y'all. This is one of my own recipes and y'all know I am not good with measurements myself, so this is a general way to cook this meal. It is easy and delicious and you can make it as spicy as you like with just a dash or two of Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning.

Two large cans of tomato sauce
link of smoked sausage
two cans of red beans
two cans of kidney beans
two cups rice
Tony's seasoning

Add cans of tomato sauce, sliced sausage, and beans to pot. Cook on medium until sausage is cooked through. Add instant rice. Cook until rice is done. You can add more or less rice depending on how thick you want your dish to be. Add Tony's Creole Seasoning to taste.

Serve with sweet cornbread muffins and a salad.

That's it! Easy and you can increase or decrease ingredients to taste. My family loves it.
