I am never, ever, ever, again going to drink two peach pina coladas (pina colada with peach schnapps) within a hour.
Hangovers are rare in my life as I stopped drinking after I had the kids. I mean, I drink when we go out to dinner - a glass of wine - but I don't drink beer and foofy drinks are for special occasions.
Last night was a special occasion, a friend's birthday, and I ordered my favorite peach pina colada, then later I ordered a second.
Man, were they good! I mean gooooooooood!
I am such a lightweight.
On to other matters.....I received my confirmation email regarding the TV show I am going to be taping tomorrow. It is called Open Studio and it airs on PBS station WNIT in Elkhart, IN on April 6th at 8PM Eastern Standard Time.
I have been asked to provide photos of my time in Winamac, IN as well as bring a few of my poems to read on air. Now, choosing which to read is a problem. I like them all!
I finally got over my muscle soreness from my first day of working out, so I am heading back over today to get in some cardio time. If only this headache will go away.
Y'all have a good weekend, ya' hear?

"I believe that no matter what you do, no matter how hard you try, you can not baptize cats." - Larry the Cable Guy
A Tennessee man and an Alabama man were both fighting in a war and were captured by the enemy.
"Before we put you to death," said the enemy, "do you have any last requests?"
"Yes," said the Alabaman. "Could you play 'Yeah, Alabama' before you shoot me?"
"Sure," said the enemy. "How about you, Tennessean?"
"Could you shoot me before you play 'Yeah, Alabama?'"
